Description

Air Bellow Actuator

HARD PUSH BUTTON, WHITE

Presair air bellows are designed for customer applications where conventional pneumatic actuators are powerful enough, or where hazardous conditions would be of concern. The Presair air bellow is paired with air tubing which lead to an air switch. When the air bellow is pressed the air pressure travels through the tubing to the air switch moving the diaphragm, which then actuates the micro switch. Different colors and styles are available, consult factory for custom designs.

All hard air actuators have a sealed internal bellow to prevent water from entering the air tube that connects the air button to the air switch.  When pressed, the air actuator sends a pulse of air to the air switch which safely controls the equipment. Different colors and styles are available, consult factory for custom designs.

I needed a replacement valve for my older vintage Jacuzzi spa. The Jacuzzi website showed that parts are no longer available. Luckily, I was able to take the valve apart, find Presair’s name on the bottom, and locate this replacement part on your website. It fits perfectly, is identical to the original, and my problem is solved. My only suggestions to Presair would be to consider providing a list of original equipment manufacturers or models that used your valves so that consumers can readily identify you as a source for replacement parts (perhaps linking yourselves to “spa repair” on search engines?), and provide additional dimension information on your spec sheet. The spec sheet shows a single top trim escutcheon diameter that was too wide – I worried about this but when I received the valve I found that there are two top escutcheons and the top one could be removed and discarded, leaving only the lower which was the correct smaller dimension.
