Defective item. Wasn’t sealed. Item came apart under normal use and resulting in massive water leak that caused $250 of damage. They offered me another part. Seriously? You think I want to go through that twice?

  2. Stephen B. (verified owner)

Twice around with Teflon tape, making sure threads start straight, tighten with fingers not pliers!
2 plugs ,4 screws , 3 plumbing connections, fill with water, plug in ac, check for leaks .
Simple as that, all working as should.
    Wife very happy !

  3. Brandon (verified owner)

I’m an electrician so plumbing and I don’t get along. Bought this to replace the broken switch in my jacuzzi tub. Ordering was easy, shipping is fair, and install is a piece of cake.
