Pressure Switches
Presair pressure switches activate electrical contact when system input reaches a defined pressure set point. These switches are available as either field adjustable or factory set, allowing each microswitch to respond at a specific pressure.
Each unit is designed and manufactured to precise standards, meeting the requirements of original equipment manufacturers and instrument builders seeking low-cost, stable performance with consistent repeat accuracy.

Pressure Monitoring
Presair’s pressure alarm provides a simple external solution for monitoring pressure changes in a system. A visual stack light, with an optional audible alarm, alerts personnel when pressure rises above or falls below a defined threshold. The system supports early detection to help prevent equipment issues and avoid unplanned downtime.
Tinytrol® Factory Set Pressure Switch
Tinytrol® pressure switches provide compact, low-profile pressure sensing with a variety of connection styles for easy integration into system designs. These switches offer straightforward electrical on/off control based on system pressure. As pressure rises or falls, one contact opens while the other closes.
Each switch is factory set to a specific pressure point, with available ranges from 0.25 inches of water to 65 PSIG.
Adjustable Pressure Switch
Presair’s adjustable pressure switches are field adjustable from 2.5 inches of water to 125 PSI. The falling pressure set point is typically 10% to 25% lower than the rising set point, with custom differential options available upon request.
Dual pressure switch models are also available and can be factory set so that each snap-action switch operates at a different pressure threshold.
Sensitive Differential Pressure Switch
Sensitive differential switches are designed for applications requiring low-pressure detection with adjustable set points. These switches can be configured to sense pressure, vacuum, or the differential between two pressure or vacuum sources.
PCB Mount Pressure Switch
Printed circuit board mount pressure switches are miniature single-pole or double-pole devices used in applications where moderate pressure accuracy is acceptable. Pressure ranges are available from 6 inches of water to 65 PSIG. Actuation points are specified by the customer and set at the Presair factory. Select models support field adjustment.
