Diaphragm Pressure Switch

Presair’s diaphragm pressure switch has an user adjustable set-point and small switching differential. Presair’s diaphragm operated pressure switches can operate at low pressures and reach up to 125 Psi.

Presair’s adjustable pressure switch contains a pressure sensitive diaphragm which operates a non latching snap action microswitch. The switch can be used to operate an electrical circuit when the system pressure rises or falls through an operator-determined pressure set point between 0.25 inches of water to 125 Psi. Presair mechanical vacuum switches make electrical contact when a certain set vacuum has been reached on its input.

Our mechanical vacuum switches are available in multiple styles including adjustable vacuum switches or fixed set point vacuum.

By providing on/off switching from a pneumatic source, Presair vacuum switches deliver critical benefits:

  • Safe and Convenient: Remote operation with complete electrical isolation. UL Recognized.
  • Economical: Costs less than conventional controls
  • Accurate: Highly stable with good repeat accuracy. All switches are 100% tested at high and low settings and at proof vacuum.
  • Reliable: Minimal moisture absorption and maximal dimensional stability.
