Commonly found in the Cal Spas, the vacuum switch continues to provide operation to the heater and pump. If a faulty vacuum switch is used, the heater and pump will shut down to prevent problems.

Presair mechanical vacuum switches make electrical contact when a certain set vacuum has been reached on its input.
