Presair’s Vacuum Alarm provides a reliable solution for monitoring negative pressure in air systems. It alerts personnel immediately when vacuum levels rise or fall outside a defined set point, helping to prevent equipment issues and reduce downtime.

The monitoring system features a visual stack light with an optional 90 dB audible alarm, designed to draw attention in both quiet and noisy environments. Presair offers two model options:

  • Field Adjustable Model: Includes a vacuum switch adjustable from 0.25 to 300 inches of water. Users can configure the unit to trigger on vacuum rise or fall. The stack light can operate with light-only or light and audible alarm.

How It Works

Presair’s Vacuum Monitoring Solutions provide a reliable method for detecting changes in system vacuum. Pairing a vacuum switch with a quick-connect coupling allows for fast installation. When vacuum drops below the specified set point, a magnetic stack light and/or audible alarm notifies personnel immediately.

These solutions include a protective switch boot to safeguard connections from physical damage and environmental exposure. The vacuum alarm helps reduce downtime by enabling quick response to negative pressure changes in airline systems.
