Adjustable Pressure Monitor

Light with Alarm Kit

This adjustable pressure monitor kit is the perfect solution for monitoring pressure and being alerted. A bright light and loud audio alarm will notify you the moment pressure falls too far or rises too high. It will grab the attention of qualified personnel. Prevent and fix issues before they cause you significant downtime!

The pressure switch is field adjustable using the hex head set screw at the center of the pressure switch (can be set anywhere between the range you select). All switches are 100% tested at high and low settings and at proof pressure tested.

Optional magnets can be added to the base of the stack light. This allows you to place the stack light anywhere a metal surface is present. A few examples of where to place it would be up high on a metal wall or on a metal machine.

Pressure Monitor Kit includes:

    • Adjustable pressure switch (range: 1-125 PSI)
    • Differential Pressure ±10 psi
    • Protective switch boot
    • Stack light with audio alarm function (90 DB)
    • Magnets on light base (optional)

The adjustable pressure switch is UL & CUL rated for 100,000 cycles at 5 Amps @ 240VAC.

This is an amazing pressure alarm. It is compact and with the optional magnets I can move it anywhere I want. Plenty loud enough to be heard in a noisy plant. I will purchase more as spares and some for more places in the plant. They are very easy to adjust. I highly recommend these if you are considering a low cost audible alarm for your plant air or other inert gasses.

  2. Kenny Moyer (verified owner)

This is a good visual and audible low cost way to monitor at my plant air pressure . I got 2 and will get at least 3 more . Easy to install and adjust

  3. Chris Harmon (verified owner)

This product solved the problem I was having with our CNC. We now know when the air pressure is low. It pays for its self in saved tooling cost.

  4. Ben weber (verified owner)

I bought this to install on an oxygen line in a veterinary clinic. We needed something to indicate a loss of pressure, and this was perfect. The price is great and the quality is very high too. Would recommend to anyone.

  5. Thomas G. (verified owner)

Hooked it up to our air system and tested. Works exactly like we wanted. Not very annoying or to loud when going off. Just about the correct warning level. Going to get another one for the warehouse section of the business.

  6. Issac (verified owner)

Easy to setup and works well, but the magnet option was a joke. Magnets only held in by hot melt glue. Set the unit on metal then went to pick it up to adjust it and the all the magnets stayed on the metal …aka completely detached from the alarm unit itself. Otherwise good value.

  7. Larry (verified owner)

Very nice. Exactly what I was looking for. Only improvement I could think of is a volume control. Should have a louder alarm for our loud CNC environment.

  8. Anonymous (verified owner)

Alarm is fine, needs stronger adhesive to hold magnets to base of alarm, if you try to move alarm magnets tend to pull loose from body of alarm, minor problem. I am happy with the unit.

  9. Kc Production (verified owner)

The magnets are a joke – ok, the magnets are fine, but they are barely stuck to the unit with double-stick tape(?) or a drop of sticky glue or something not very strong. Immediately fell off the steel beam, leaving the magnets behind. Just using double-stick tape wold have been much more secure. Made a steel plate for the bottom, now the magnets work great.

Good morning, Thank you very much for the feedback. The magnets are a component we are actively trying to improve on this product. We would be very interested in seeing the metal plate you made if you are able to share? You can email them directly to

Magnetic mounting is a joke! You used a small dab of hot glue to secure them. They came off the second I got them anywhere near something magnetic.

We used this product to warn our employees that pressure was below what was needed in our co2 line, meaning they need to wait for the pressure to recover before resuming operations that require co2. This provided exactly what we needed for a great value!
